{Photo-a-Day Project: A personal project that I undertake every January for an entire month taking one photo a day of my children.}

Day 17: I adore this baby stage. The stage where they can reach their toes and find all delight in trying to eat them. The stage where you put them down and the first thing they do is bring their little feet above them into the air and grab them with their hands.

Day 18: He is such a happy boy. Attention seeking, sure – but on the whole, he’s one contented baby. It’s this beautiful face that greets me every morning when I wake up and the same face I see right before I put him to bed at night. I never, ever want to forget this face. This beautiful open mouth smile and his sparkly eyes that light me up inside. Never, ever.

My goodness your blog posts make me clucky Kristen!! He is adorable but your images are something else. The way you describe your relationship with Charlie always makes me smile and wish I could experience those baby days all over again. *sigh*
this image is so creamy and beautiful. and the happiness of your son exudes from it. I just love it.
WOW…just beautiful Kristen. Charlie is looking less like Mia now and perhaps like you?? You make me teary.
I could eat Charlie.
I simply adore your photo project with your kids. Such beautiful images. It can be so difficult to make that time to photograph your own family sometimes. I hope to take your lead and do something similar with my own gaggle of kiddos!
